“Dr. Taran and Dr. Tanisha are truly a power couple extraordinaire! Having both of them as part of my health and wellness journey has been an absolute game changer. I came to Dr. Taran with a nagging and some days, almost unbearable Hip Flexor pain from an old sports injury. Within the first hour of meeting me and assessing the issue, he knew the course of action that he would be taking to get me feeling better. After the first two sessions, I was hooked! I was finally able to walk without limping, and over a short amount of time I am now able to lift weights again with progressive overload, which was not even in the rhelm of possibilities prior to meeting him! Shortly after seeing Dr. Taran, I booked an initial meeting with his wonderful wife, Dr. Tanisha, who is an incredible Naturopath! To say that this woman is going places is an understatement! Dr. T made me feel heard, comfortable, and at ease. I came to her with Hormonal, gut, and Rheumatoid issues as well as an overwhelming feeling of just feeling “stuck.” Dr. T is super intuitive and really listens to you..she has a super power that can tap in to what the root causes may be. She ordered some thorough testing and had me follow a protocol that would, to my amazement, show some pretty wild findings! Without going into detail, I’ve made the necessary changes, according to the test results, and I can happily report that I am well on my way to feeling a lot better, physically, mentally and spiritually…GAME CHANGER!! Together, they are an incredible team—knowledgeable, caring, and deeply committed to helping their patients thrive. Their combined expertise creates a level of care that is both comprehensive and inspiring. I am so grateful to have them in my corner and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for healthcare providers who genuinely care about your well-being. They walk the walk, not just talk the talk! They are both fitness enthusiasts who take their own health care seriously on top of caring for the community they have built together!!
