“✨ First visit today with Dr. Sterling at “Sterling Chiropractic & Wellness in Kelowna” and I’m honestly blown away. I’ve had ongoing shoulder, neck, and jaw pain for months along with stress, poor sleep, and migraines. Dr. Sterling was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough he even identified that I had a previous concussion and severe whiplash on the right side of my neck, which I hadn’t fully connected to my current painas i thought it was all from same shoulder injury. He picked up on things in my body and past injuries I hadn’t even mentioned and worked not only on my physical pain but also blockages and I feel nervous system to . He also found and corrected a rib displacement today and I felt huge relief immediately in my neck and overall movement. I felt heard, safe, and comfortable within minutes. Not only is he an amazing chiropractor, he’s also just a truly “great human” humble, genuine, and deeply caring. This felt like real healing, not just an adjustment. “Before I went and saw Dr. Sterling Armata I had a difficult time walking, bending and just getting out of bed..I was very stiff and sore from years of hard work and a little abuse 🤪..I was a little hesitant going to a chiropractor... I haven't seen a chiropractor in years because they didn't seem to benefit me much they did more damage than good... My wife had seen Sterling before and had rave reviews about him and suggested that I go, and I'm thankful that I did ....I haven't felt this good in years!. He straightened me right out!!! Sterling is very knowledgeable about the human anatomy he takes his time to get to know you and what your ailments are, he is not rushed and very professional in what he does. “Sterling is by far the best chiropractor in all of Kelowna. He is well versed in the knowledge of the body and the importance of its health. Due to his many years of experience he provides a trustworthy practice! This is where I go to when I need alignment. “I cannot sing the praises of Dr. Sterling loud enough! Prior to going to him, I had bad experiences with a multitude of chiropractors in Kelowna, to the point that I didn’t really believe in the practice. After the first time meeting him, not only did he get me back to work after a pretty serious back issue, he has managed to do that over and over through the last 5-6 years. “If you are looking for a chiropractor who knows his stuff, I have to recommend Dr. Sterling Armata at Sterling Chiropractic! He is professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to help you understand what is going on in your body. I had been skeptical about chiropractics given a bad experience in my past, but when my RMT recommended Dr. Sterling to treat my lower back and glute issues, I decided to give it another try. Dr. Sterling diagnosed my condition and in just a few sessions he was able to relieve me of the pain that had been reoccurring for years. As an added bonus, since I have been returning periodically for "tune ups", the IBS symptoms I was suffering also cleared up! “If I could do more than 5 stars I would!!! Sterling and his wonderful team do a delightful job! At first I was a little unsure after trying so many different chiropractic clinics but this one is by far the best! Sterling is very knowledgeable and I love the "homework" he gives me to help me understand that I can help further increase my healing process without having to do very dramatic changes overnight. “I was skeptical about chiropractic therapy prior to my experience with Sterling. Before any adjustments were made we had an in depth conversation about my concerns, lifestyle, and goals. His no pressure approach and willingness to explain the specifics of the process put my mind at ease! After 6 adjustments I have noticed a good improvement in my alignment, especially while practicing yoga, and my morning back pain has all but disappeared!
