Insurance coverage is a benefit, not a guarantee of payment. If your insurance provider rejects a claim, does not cover, partially covers, or reverses a claim, you are responsible for the full balance.

If your provider states that you do not have coverage, it is not the clinic’s responsibility to resolve or verify this—it is your responsibility, and payment for your appointment will still be required.

If you miss or cancel an appointment without the required notice, you are responsible for the missed appointment fee.

Outstanding balances must be paid in full before future appointments can be booked.
