“The team at Lalonde Physio offer exceptional service that will help you on your journey to regain mobility and reduce your pain levels. I suffered a fall and twist injury that lead to a great deal of pain in my left knee. My doctor recommended me to Pat Lalonde who evaluated my injury and created an action plan to first enable me to walk properly again and then to reduce my limp and improve my dexterity. When I began this journey with MRIs and the threat of surgery hanging over me, I was understandably scared. Pat used his skill and experience to explain what needed to be done and to create action plans to get there. Each steps was celebrated with small successes. It took about a year and a half, but my limp is mostly gone and I plan to ski again this winter. I’ll keep up with my exercise plans to continue building strength and working to eliminate the occasional limp and residual pain. I avoided surgery and am incredibly grateful for the high quality support I received. Would highly recommend their service.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Lalonde physio was exceptional, even through this challenging time of COVID-19. During lockdown, I had major back pains that prevented me from walking and sleeping. I saw Pat Lalonde during April and May using Telehealth and the exercise programs (4 in total) he provided helped me get back on my feet. The programs increased in difficulty based on my progress and each exercice was supported by a video for explanation. Pat also provided self treatment techniques.
