Little Grapplers

Little Grapplers is our fun, beginner‑friendly Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu class designed to help kids build confidence, coordination, and focus — all through playful movement and simple martial arts fundamentals. In each session, kids learn how to move, fall, roll, and grapple safely through games, partner drills, and age‑appropriate techniques. The goal is to build strong bodies, calm minds, and a sense of “I can do this” that carries far beyond the mats. This class is led by Coach Alex, an accomplished BJJ practitioner, published children’s book author, and father of three under 5. He brings patience, creativity, and a natural ability to connect with kids — making the learning environment supportive, encouraging, and genuinely fun. Little Grapplers is perfect for kids who are brand‑new to martial arts, curious about BJJ, or simply looking for a positive outlet to burn energy, make friends, and grow their confidence. A great first step into movement, discipline, and play — all wrapped into one empowering class.
