“Erica Yan is a chiropractor who has been treating my meniscus tear using laser therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue work, and manual therapy.
After just over a month of consistent treatment and doing the daily exercises she gave me, I’ve improved a lot, from not being able to move or bend my knee at all, to now being able to lightly jog, do small jumps, and bend my knee to about 90 degrees.

“We are very happy to find Dr. Erica Tan for my daughter’s knee injury. My daughter does competitive dancing but unfortunately had two knee injuries (being young and very active!) close to the competition dates. Erica was knowledgeable and thorough in her treatments. She also recommended helpful exercises to do at home to help the recovery. She also made the sessions fun so that my daughter kept asking when is the next treatment session…😆 We are half way through the competition season and it’s a relief to know that my daughter was able to performed all her routines and enjoyed the experience. “I walked in one day because I was in a lot of pain(sciatic pain), just hoping they had availability and that’s when I met Dr. Erica. From the very first visit, she really stood out. She paid close attention to everything I told her, did a proper assessment, and clearly explained the treatment plan in a way that made sense.Dr. Erica is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows what she’s doing. Every visit feels personal and never rushed. She doesn’t just “adjust and move on” she always asks how I’m feeling, checks for improvements or concerns, and treats exactly the areas that need the most attention. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their progress.She’s also patient, understanding, and reassuring (even when I don’t always keep up with the exercises and stretches she gives me). She kindly reminds me every visit and encourages me without judgment. On top of all that, she’s funny and easy to talk to, which makes me feel very comfortable and confident in her care.I truly trust Dr. Erica to help me manage and relieve my pain, and I’m very grateful I found her. “I came to MediOne Physio & Rehab because I’d been dealing with tinnitus for a while, and it was honestly pretty frustrating. From the first visit, the whole team made me feel really comfortable. They were patient, listened carefully, and didn’t rush anything.
What I appreciated most was that they actually took the time to explain what might be going on and what we could try. After a few sessions, I started to notice real improvement, which I didn’t expect so soon.

“I can’t recommend Margret enough! She is honestly one of the best physiotherapists I’ve ever been to. Every time I come in with a new issue or pain, she takes the time to really understand what’s going on and somehow always knows exactly how to fix it.
What I appreciate the most is how thorough and knowledgeable she is — she doesn’t just treat the symptoms, she actually gets to the root of the problem. I’ve come in with different concerns over time, and every single one has improved so much after seeing her.
On top of that, she’s super kind, patient, and makes you feel comfortable right away. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants you to get better.

“I've gone (and still goes to ) to Rostam for my labrum tear and my rotator cuff issues. I plan to do so for any future physiotherapy issues that I will eventually have .
