Appointments for children ages 16+ or appointments being booked on behalf of another adult: For clients who are 16 years of age or older, the client themselves must book the appointment, as they are considered to be of legal age to provide consent for services. This also means that the client must personally complete their intake forms. If a parent, guardian or family member would like special permissions set up — such as receiving appointment notifications or being authorized to book appointments on behalf of the client — please contact us. We would be happy to guide you through the appropriate consent process to ensure everything is completed legally and confidentially.

Direct Billing: We offer direct billing to select insurance companies. If your insurance provider does not support direct billing, we will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm which professional designations are covered for direct billing or reimbursement (CCC, RP, RCC, etc.) as we cannot guarantee coverage.
