Currently Accepting New Clients
I am a Counselling Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, children, and families through a wide range of life experiences. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported, especially during times that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or deeply painful.
My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and person-centered. I draw from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring our work to what feels most helpful for you. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and I work collaboratively with you at a pace that feels right.
I have a special interest in supporting clients through grief and loss, including pregnancy and infant loss, as well as trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also work with couples and individuals navigating emotional disconnection, communication difficulties, and the impact of past experiences on present relationships. In addition, I support children and youth with emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, and family dynamics.
I also have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including BIPOC clients, and I strive to offer care that is culturally responsive and grounded in an understanding of identity, family systems, and lived experiences. I am also fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, and welcome clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in these languages.
Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply needing a space to process, my goal is to help you make sense of what you’re going through, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.
You don’t have to go through this alone.
