“I’ve been visiting this clinic for physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and RMT since I was hit by a car. I’ve been recovering a little more with every visit, and I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received. Everyone on the team is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. “Kelvan the RMT was excellent. He knows his trade and relaxed my muscles that have stiff and causing much pains. After the massage I feel very relax despite needed pains to relax my muscles and address the tightness. I strongly recommend Kelvan. Dr. Sandhu did chiro for me. He helped me significantly reduce the pains in my shoulder, reduce stiffness, provided stretching exercises tips. I strongly recommend Dr. Sandhu for your Chiro requirements. “Booked an appointment with a Chiropodist for orthotics. at the last minute Move Health and Wellness changed the appointment to a physiotherapist. The Physio I saw was amazing to say the least (His name is Gavin Barha). The issue is that the appointment was booked through my insurance and they do not cover orthotics prescribed by a Physio. I communicated this to the team at Move Health and Wellness and was told that my insurance would accept the prescription. I asked for Move Health and Wellness to be direct bill and they said they were unable to get approval for the orthotics, and I would have to pay. My insurance did not cover the orthotics prescribed by a physio, and I was out over $800. I made an appointment with a medical professional who my insurance would cover and at the last minute I was bamboozled by Move Health and Wellness into seeing someone else.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Sneaky and will take advantage of your insurance coverage! Was billed for a full 30-minute assessment when I was actually seen for 2 minutes! I did get a refund, but if you’re not paying close attention, you could easily be overcharged.”

“Today I had a very disappointing experience at Health Wellness First. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, there was no therapist available to see me. The lack of organization and respect for clients' time is unacceptable. Additionally, the customer service was poor, and I did not feel valued as a client. “6 months ago, I had sciatica pain. When I make a wrong movement, a shooting pain would send shockwaves throughout my body. I was also diagnosed with degenerative disc in my lower back. I was so closed to being recommended to do a lower back spinal fusion by my surgeon. I've been doing research on laser therapy for months now and finally took a leap when a friend confirmed it's effectiveness. I found Dr. Hansley with Move Health and Wellness in South Surrey and he's been amazing in guiding and helping me with my laser therapy treatments. The treatment was painless. I went for 4 months and by 6 months I was playing sports again. If you have any sciatica, arthritis, sprain injury, any injury (it's limitless!) I swear that with Dr. Hansley's guidance and laser therapy it will help you! Not only will it take the pain away but you'll also regain normal movement. Be patient as healing will take time but it's worth it. I'm now happily playing sports again thanks to Dr. Hansley and laser therapy.
