Adrienne is a fantastic Massage therapist. During her work she was able to feel work according to what my body needed. Adrienne is one of the most knowledgeable RMT's I have been to. She really takes her time assessing you and gives you thorough feedback on home care. Her massages are not only therapeutic but also very relaxing. I love that she genuinely cares about the progress being made.Lire la suiteRéduire

I've been searching for the right massage therapist for a long time. Adrienne takes a completely different approach to massage therapy then I have ever experienced. Adrienne is hands down one of the best RMTs I have experienced. And this is very high praise because I have had great massages from fantastic massage therapists throughout Muskoka and the Simcoe area. Adrienne really pays attention and listens to what is going on in your body. She has an intuitiveness that elevates the massage to be as therapeutic and relaxing as possible. Adrienne is so accommodating! From the music selection to how much (or little) discussion. She really is considerate of all levels of comfort. She explained so much about what she was feeling and what it meant. I learned so much about lymphatic drainage. She even took the time to send me a document with some at home exercises for me to help continue the work. She is very considerate about pressure level and meeting you where you are at which I deeply appreciate. I also love the space itself, it is so beautifully set up and so thoughtful. So many aspects make Adrienne amazing- from her skills, to her careful questions to the custom made massage table, I was so impressed. She had several thoughtful observations and I left feeling great! Get your times booked in, and make sure to ask for her playlist- Bjork to the Cure to Nine Inch Nails. She is also Yanni free.
