Our Gritt Langley Satellite location is located at #102, 20445-62 Ave, inside Gritt Athletics (a CrossFit gym with classes running at various times). Music may be louder, barbells may be being dropped. Clinic space is up a flight of stairs. If you have concussion symptoms or any issues ambulating up stairs, we suggest booking at our main clinic or Abbotsford location.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Our therapists are paid only for the hours they are booked. When you block and reserve a time slot, you are reserving their time. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice. Outside of this, you will be responsible for the cost of the therapist’s booked time.
A valid credit card is required for online booking to cover no-shows/late cancellations.
We do not provide direct billing for MSP
Please note direct billing is a courtesy service and not a guarantee that direct billing will be approved or covered by your provider. If for any reason we are unable to direct bill on your behalf, we will provide an email receipt to provide to your provider for any potential reimbursement

“I highly recommend booking in with Nadine for any of your feeding questions/ concerns. I reached out to her as baby and I were struggling with breastfeeding. He had a shallow latch which was resulting in a lot of pain for myself. After talking through things with Nadine, she was able to provide suggestions and resources to help us navigate the early days of breastfeeding. “I have been going to this location for few months for the prenatal massage and it has been an amazing experience. Tessa Van De Poll is the best massage therapist I have ever had, very experienced and I feel great after the sessions, really helps with the pregnancy discomfort. Kristina (physiotherapist & owner) has helped me uncover why I've been in pain for so many years, which no health care practitioner has been able to do in 8 years. I believe this is due to her being such a great listener and hands on with her treatments. She is also keen on personally following up with me to see how I feel after treatment and most importantly, she has helped me to find ways to stay active and get stronger. “Highly recommend Novo Physio and Health, came here for physio where Marika helped with my knee pain from soccer tremendously. She helped diagnose the issue with tips on rehabilitation that actually worked; whereas my previous physio didn’t know what was causing the pain. Also, you won’t find a better chiropractor in Canada than Meredith. One of our appointments ran out of time and she continued treating me well over the time slot. “After being without a good Chiropractor for many years, I found Meredith from a friend referral in 2021. She is by far the best chiropractor I have ever met, and had been able to improve issues that have seen no improvement in multiple years. I have now see multiple rmts and physio in the practice and they are easily the best team I have ever met. “I started seeing Kristina for physio about a year ago and have seen Jess and Kayla for RMT. This clinic is as professional as it gets. Therapists communicate with each other about a clients needs. I suffered a traumatic sports injury and was given a diagnosis by Kristina three weeks before the medical system had the same diagnosis. Through experience, Kristina helped me navigate who I needed to talk to and what needed to be done so that I could get the appropriate surgery I needed. I can not recommend this clinic enough. “I have been coming to Novo to see Meredith for chiro for almost 1.5 years now. She is very approachable and knowledgeable with any questions that I have. Having never gone to a chiropractor before I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Meredith took the time to explain everything to me. My back pain has significantly reduced since seeing her. They have direct billing for insurance and online booking so it’s super convenient and easy. Also super easy to contact them through text.
