Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is reserved specially for you! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours notice.**

We understand that illness can arise unexpectedly. The first cancellation due to illness will be waived as a courtesy. For any subsequent cancellations, a fee will apply as follows: 50% for the second instance, 100% for the third and any thereafter per calendar year.

A full appointment fee will be charged for any no-shows.

Naturopathic visits can be switched to virtual appointments at no extra cost. Please note that cancellations due to illness are still subject to our regular cancellation fee.

Invoices overdue by 7 days will be charged to the credit card on file along with a 5% late fee
