Dharani took her time to understand any pain and discomfort I was experiencing in order to help with my treatment. She was very thorough in explaining what she was doing throughout the appointment so that I could understand the whys behind every movement and every acupuncture. Dr. Nimal was extremely professional and thorough in addressing my concerns about my footwear and standing on my feet all day for work. She did an amazing job identifying and understanding my foot problems. She casted and created an orthotic that actually works! There were some concerns I had with the orthotic after receiving them, and Dr. Nimal promptly took the orthotics back and had them adjusted by the manufacturer to my liking. Dr.Nimal was great. I came in to her clinic with severe ankle and knee pain from a soccer injury. She was very thorough in her assessment and made sure to educate me on the type of injury I had and how to prevent and treat this injury moving forward. Everything. I have loved prenatal & postnatal massages as well as pelvic floor physio...these ladies have been saving my life!! Also, pre-covid (and hopefully post-covid!!!) I basically lived there... I took almost every class and workshop you could think of prenatally (PRENATAL YOGA, breastfeeding class, caring for a newborn, info on birth/delivery, infant first aid, pelvic floor workshop, etc.) And then post-natally, my daughter and I were here all the time (post-natal yoga, pilates, baby steps level 1, infant massage, & child minding was a lifesaver!!!) I really really really hope we can get all the in-person classes and workshops going again after all this virus craziness is over.... the community at West End Mamas was so important to me and my daughter... we made some really good friends there in post-natal classes and I'm hoping to be able to go back with my 2nd daughter. 🤞💗Lire la suiteRéduire

I do understand that clients should cancel ahead of time and respect instructors/doctors time but having a 24 hrs cancellation policy is hard especially when you are pregnant. Another thing that they should inform clients that if they are late to their appointments, it would be deducted from the time allocated to them. Yesterday, it was pouring rain and I called very early morning to inform them that I will be late and they said it is okay. However, after I arrived 12 min late to my appointment I was surprised that the Chiro finished the adjustment very quickly when I asked why she said you came late so that's the time you are left with. I’m 18 weeks pregnant and was having horrible abdominal and back pain. I saw Amy the physiotherapist for just one treatment and she took my pain from awful to almost gone! Not only did she fix my immediate concern, she also gave me exercises and tips to prevent it from happening in the rest of my pregnancy.
