“Just finishing up a year of physiotherapy with Mike Gauvreau for frozen shoulder. This is the second time seeing Mike, having had it in my other shoulder about 4 years ago. There was no doubt that I would return to Optimize for my treatment! It is an all encompassing professional treatment facility. I was diagnosed by on site physician Dr. Gauvreau and in the height of the initial pandemic lockdown in 2020 when there was no Physio and I couldn't stand the pain anymore, arrangements were made for me to be seen on an emergency basis for a cortisone injection. My physiotherapist Mike, is excellent at what he does, professional, extremely knowledgeable, personable, supportive and patient with people like me that struggle sometimes with select exercises. Optimize in general is a very positive and friendly environment to deal with your treatment needs. You will not be disappointed!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Had my first cortisone shot in September 2019. Had heard so many horror stories and was nervous as hell. Dr. Gauvreau was great.....little shot of freezing...which I did not feel and then the cortisone. Knee has been good ever since.”

Both doctors and therapists are extremely knowledgeable about the best and more advanced techniques available. Also, because they work as a team, the patients receive the best and most personalized care possible within a more efficient time frame. Finally, the modern and spotless facility is very well equipped and the location is conveniently situated in a mall where parking is always available. “What a great place , walked in with a knee brace and in pain. Walked out carrying the knee brace after have a Bakers cyst drained and immediately had way less pain.Arthritis in my knee can be handled with some physio and special exercise I can do at home that they will set up.
