I would highly recommend Physio and Co., and specifically Maria Sullivan, physiotherapist. Maria and all the staff there are exceptional. So thankful for the care I received.

Maria is an exceptional physiotherapist, and I would highly recommend her to anyone! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in her field, but she also genuinely cares about her patients and their recovery. I really appreciated how thorough she is - she takes the time to explain how your injury is affecting your body and why she recommends each exercise, which gave me a much better understanding of my treatment. On top of that, she is kind, compassionate, and personable, making every appointment both comfortable and enjoyable. Maria is a very knowledgeable and friendly physiotherapist. I had a nagging injury which I thought would never get better but Maria insured me that with time and therapy, it would get back to normal. My daughter's experience here was amazing! Her physio therapist was always ready to listen to whatever was bothering her, explained everything so she understood the process and guided her to a fast and full recovery. Great job Maria thanks!

I had a great experience with my physiotherapist Maria Sullivan. She was extremely thorough and took her time to explain every stretch and exercise to me, making sure I understood why it was effective. She provided multiple exercises and stretches for my injury, new ones as it started to improve. Maria always made sure that I was performing everything properly and felt comfortable before moving on. She is also very kind and personable, making every appointment enjoyable. The clinic is very welcoming, and the staff are very friendly and professional. Physio and Co, Bay Bulls, was a Godsend for me. I aggravated an old injury while on holidays which resulted in limiting my mobility combined with intense pain. After utilizing the services of Maria Sullivan and her team for four months I am mobile and importantly, pain free! On site was a massage therapy service of which I availed. Janice Coady-Pardy was also fantastic in assisting me with mobility and relieving pain. Both Maria and Janice displayed professionalism, confidence and competence. I can’t say enough good things about my physiotherapist, Maria Sullivan. She is incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment. She truly takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and creates a plan that feels realistic and achievable. She made me feel more like a friend than just a patient, and her great sense of humor makes each session enjoyable which really sets her apart.
