“Dr Jooya’s exceptional professionalism is like no other that I’ve experienced. I found I was very comfortable discussing my back pain with her and she was very patient with me while trying to understand my issues. She has been very helpful in providing care through video calls as well as sending exercises by email. My back pain has significantly improved since my visit with her. “I was experiencing shoulder pain back in 2019 and thats when i went to the chiropractic school and met Dr. Jooya. I have been her client ever since her internship. She is very professional, great customer service and my shoulder pain has since been treated. She genuinely cares about her clients and truely does everything for their well being. She uses sanitizer and cleans all her tools and the bed before and after every client which is a relief to see specially during the pandemic.
I really appreciate the fact that she takes her time to explain the treatments as well as the resolution and what i should do to avoid future muscle strains. She goes above and beyond to educate her clients & makes sure she does everything to heal the strain. She has used acupuncture, cupping method and ofcourse the traditional chiropractic techniques to help me heal my strains.
