“When I submitted my claim to my insurance company, I couldn't find the physiotherapist's name on their provider list. My insurance company also told me that the initial assessment fee of $175 is higher than the Ontario reasonable physiotherapist fee of $155. The follow-up visits are $140, which is also higher than the Ontario reasonable fee of $115.

“Jeff took the time to clearly explain my concerns about the rotator cuff and shoulder dislocation, and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand.
He also created a tailored recovery plan with specific exercises, and even followed up by emailing me detailed instructions along with videos to make sure I perform the movements correctly.
