“Saw Alli for a WCB claim. She very kind, professional, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Her exam was thorough and explain to me what she suspected was the issue and the other reasons it was not another issue. She gave me starting exercises to work on after demonstrating the moves and we also ruled out ones that I was not ready for due to my injury. We made a plan today that I felt comfortable with and that she agreed with to make sure I was safe returning to work so I would not injure myself further. Looking forward to working with her and Kassidy! Update review on Kassidy; I have also been working with Kassidy and I cannot say enough good things about her as well! She is also kind, professional, knowledgeable and also listens to my concerns and makes adjustment to my treatment based on my issues. I am slowly improving from a pretty bad MSK injury. I would recommend highly - we do have an option for other clinics covered by Alberta Health but had gone to Jo-Ann previously and decided we would be happy to pay out of pocket in order to receive her level of support and care. “***Updated February 2025*** What a place! This is a rare thing these days, a business that actually cares about their customers. All the staff are wonderful and seem to always remember their customers. They provided me with great therapy for my finger and I'm sure one of the therapists has magical healing powers.... But seriously, they do actually work on your injury, unlike some who just hook you up to a machine and walk away. I would recommend this as your first choice for physiotherapy. Thanks for all your efforts! First time coming to this location and it was a pleasure. The person at the front desk was amazing, even though they had just gotten to work moments before. The staff inside were also very nice and were very thorough and seemed more than qualified. Would easily recommend for all your pain management needs, however you come by then, these great folks are absolutely your path to healing and recovery.”Lire la suiteRéduire
