I am a patient of Alan Fung at the CMCC he also works out the Infinity Health Centre Having had many massages throughout my life I would rate Alan as no 1. He is a master at his craft, knows the ins and out of the body so well! Is classy- watch how the sheets are spread out! Is extremely confident at what he does and is very respectful at the same time. If you get lucky and get connected to Shilpi at the Oakville location, expect that you’ll be taken care of! Please hire more people like her who man the calls/reception; she’s awesome and knows what she’s doing. ♥️ Spoke to Dr Sharman on call amidst the COVID-19 situation for some respiratory issues and was able to get help. They also faxed my prescription to the nearest pharmacy and it was super convenient to pick it up. I was able to get an appointment right away for both myself and my niece who was visiting from England. Very helpful and friendly staff. So nice not to have to sit in a roomful of sick people which is the norm for other walk-in clinics.

Have had 3 wonderful visits to Infinity in the past. Dealt with Dr Sharman - he listened, he cared about what I had to say and didn’t make me feel unimportant or insignificant. He treated me and helped me get rid of an upper respiratory issue on 3 different occasions. Keep in mind I am a professional opera singer and upper respiratory health is of utmost importance. We just can not afford to be sick and if something comes on it needs to be dealt with immediately. I went back yesterday as I have been feeling awful with congestion in the nose, sore throat and congestion in my chest. This was my worst experience there. The doctor I had ( Dr Pylypiak) seemed disinterested, not caring and basically for every symptom I politely said I was experiencing she brushed it aside and told me why I was wrong. I tried to explain the urgency of the situation and still no help other than an arrogant and rude response of “if we had a way to get people better immediately, well we’d be doing it!” No kidding! Anyway, don’t use this doctor if you can avoid her - was not happy and I actually went to another clinic after and was treated appropriately and they did in fact tell me I had an infection and needed antibiotics even though Dr. Plylypiak said I had a virus and just to rest for 10 days. I can see from reports below this isn’t the first time people have had issues with this doctor. Does not surprise me. I will be back but not to see her! Dr Sharman has been wonderful. Dr Pylypiak needs a lesson on how to communicate professionally and respectfully with patients and also give accurate diagnoses. Terrible!
