Great working with Alesia today. First appointment dealing with hip replacement but no doubt her experience and expertise will make recuperation more manageable.

Bianka at Pivotal Physiotherapy is such a great massage therapist. She listens and provides you with exactly the type of massage you want and she is very skilled at what she does. I always leave there feeling rejuvenated and much less sore. Bianka is also such a nice person and very professional.Lire la suiteRéduire

My recommendation is to write down your pain and symptoms so everything is included in the report chart and reflective of your challenges and needs for each appointment on their chart. If they dont recall its not going to be added which if youre under health insurance can severely hurt you financially in the end. Come up with an agreed process - theyre not experienced with insurers and know the extrême challenges of being approved and what insurers look for and how to measure reports or observations of functionality and mobility.
My report also didn't disctinguish between will (what i want to do) and functional ability (what I actually could do). It seemed to praise will and left out ongoing issues and challenges key to insurer claim creating timeline and functional holes and misrepresentation. If i remembered something they didnt it was put on report "details not added as physio therapist doesnt recall discussion."
Theyre not spine or nerve spécialists, Soft tissue or spécial modalities or frameworks. If you need this they're more better suited for generic not acute problems.
My inital assessment left out several pointers, body parts other physio pickedup in a new city which was eye opening.
What was kind was the finance officer approved report chart sent for free. Front desk is very organized and all staff when it comes to Scheduling. Friendly environment just not nerve, insurers, acute or spine spécialists.
If the therapist was interested in another clients patient she would have discussions with them in a group. Not even for me to join but removing herself from my treatment tasks.
I'm addition the file was incomplete and inaccurate from the physio therapist so I could not use their records for insurers showing an unfair gap in my records when I was seeking treatment unequivalent to where I am now. Upfront the therapist from there included at the beginning she couldn't diagnose so how could a proper treatment plan be formed. Get the right diagnosis and help you need always.

Ema was super instructional, kind and funny. It made it very easy. This was my first time after knee replacement surgery and it was still very painful. Trace brought me compression and ice after the workout. He we also super fun. Everyone I've met at Pivotal Physio Northgate have been professional, kind and fun. I would definitely recommend.Lire la suiteRéduire

I can’t say enough good things about Emma! She’s honestly one of the nicest and most respectful physiotherapists I’ve ever met. From the very first appointment, she made both me and my mom feel completely comfortable. My mom doesn’t speak much English, so I usually have to translate for her, and Emma has always been incredibly patient and understanding about it. She never shows any frustration—she actually takes her time, listens carefully, and makes sure my mom understands everything before moving on.
Emma’s personality really stands out. She’s kind, gentle, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Her voice is so calm and comforting that it instantly puts you at ease, even if you’re nervous or in pain. She explains things clearly, gives helpful advice, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing.
Every visit feels like you’re being taken care of by someone who truly wants to help you get better. It’s rare to find someone that professional yet so kind-hearted. I’m really grateful for her support and the way she treats my mom with such respect. I’d recommend Emma to absolutely anyone looking for an amazing physiotherapist—you’ll be in great hands!Lire la suiteRéduire
