“After having a not so great experience with my previous physiotherapy clinic, I gave a visit to Lester based on the rave reviews on Reddit. I can confidently say, the hype is real. He is not only knowledgeable and thorough but takes time to explain his thought process along with listening to your concerns and questions. The dry needling work he did, provided instant relief. “I been going to Raincity Wellness for a few months now. Worked with Lester a lot to improve muscle tightness and neck issues which lead to lack of sleep. Lester is amazing to work with and quickly and efficiently fixed a lot of problems I had. The RMTs really know how to relieve sore muscles and helps me from causing injuries.
