Lester holds a Master of Physiotherapy with Distinction from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, integrating rehabilitation with strength and conditioning to support performance and return-to-play. Lester works with professional and high-level athletes, supporting injury management, return-to-play, and physical preparation within competitive environments. His approach bridges rehabilitation and training, combining advanced manual therapy and dry needling techniques with progressive programming to prepare athletes for the demands of competition. He has experience working with professional athletes, national-level competitors, and collegiate players across basketball, volleyball, hockey, and combat sports. His current work includes supporting professional boxers through training camps and competition. Lester also works ringside as a professional cutman, operating in high-pressure environments where composure and decision-making are critical. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, training in boxing, and playing the guitar.
