“I was referred here by my friend and it worked out really well because they were very close to where I lived. I should also mention that my appointment was around 5-ish pm and there weren’t a lot of people there. Pros: the girl that did the massage was really nice and she did a wonderful job. Cons: The entrance is really hard to find because they have relocated to another building and there really isn’t anything displaying their business name until you’re actually at the door ready to go in (not sure if that has changed since I was there). Their address on Apple Maps still shows that they’re on Dundas which is misleading and a time waster if you have someone like myself who uses Apple Maps. The lady working the front desk seemed less than enthused to be there (I don’t remember her name but she had a short bob with orange-ish streaks). In the room, they had some calm music playing which was really nice UNTIL it stopped working. It didn’t bother me that it stopped, just made everything extra quiet but it was fine. UNTIL it randomly started playing again and then it stopped, and then it started again, then it stopped. This happened for the entire hour I was there. It started getting really annoying at one point because right as I was about to fall asleep, I’d get woken up by the music, then you’re trying to adjust to the music and it’s off again. It would have been much better had the RMT just taken a moment to just turn it off but perhaps she didn’t want to break the flow of the massage but the music turning on and off was extremely annoying. Then comes the noise (keep in mind, this is slightly after 5 pm). The walls are paper thin. I don’t fault the RMT at all but perhaps the staff need to do better with keeping the noise to a minimal when they know the walls are paper thin since they have to work with what they have. Either the staff or the clients were talking and laughing in the hallway and it sounded as if they were right in the room with us. It was extremely loud and uncomfortable and went on for a few mins until they left and we were back with our broken music again. It did happen once again during the hour but at that point, I was mentally checked out and waiting for the massage to be over. Once outside, the same front desk lady when it was time to pay said she’ll be right back and she was gone and never came back. Another lady who was an angel walked over to see why I was waiting there and was able to collect payment. Once the payment was done, the lady did come back and went back to doing whatever it is that she was doing. I would personally not recommend this place nor will go back. I’m sure they can find someone that has more customer service skills than who they currently have. If you do choose to go here, be mindful of how thin the walls are and expect there to be noise if people are outside the door and talking. For the price you’re paying, you can go to any other massage place.”Lire la suiteRéduire
