Best Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage I have had in Ottawa. Cindy is amazing at what she does. She created a safe space, communicated well. Was friendly and was open to answering any questions I had. It is always easy to make an appointment with Renu. I made for a Platinum Hydrafacial Treatment for the price of a Deluxe+ upgrade Booster + GM collin Lip Repair. The aesthetician was lovely.- no complaints there. I paid for my treatment and was asked if I want to book another appointment for another treatment. It was obvious to me that the office administrator was not going to say anything about the collin lip repair. She indicated that they did not have any more and that there was no fine print saying until supplies last. I went outside to check the email. There is nothing to say that. I think this is such poor business practice - blame me that I did not see some line that does not exist but say nothing to me about something that they advertised in bold to go with the promotion. I went back in to talk to the O/A about this promotion. She said she would put me on a "list" and call me when they receive it. I asked for an email confirming this. No email but an email within 30 of appointment to rate Renu Spa. If you are going to offer something then offer it and let customers that you have run out and do not make them feel like they are the ones who made the mistake. The facility was very clean, and the staff were polite and professional, which left a great impression on me. I really enjoy massages and have tried many at other spas, but I’ve rarely been fully satisfied. That’s why I specifically made a reservation requesting an RMT therapist this time. However, I couldn’t help but question whether the therapist who treated me was truly an RMT, as the skill level did not meet my expectations. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Recommending for sure! A girls day that we will do again! Warm welcome, treatment room was relaxing with the aroma and the audio! 3 of us had head/scalp massages. Very professional! And the pricing was affordable.

I have had many massages and facials over the years however I'd never been to Renu or experienced a Buccal Massage before. I booked at the Wellington location with the masseuse Cindy (RMT) and she is fantastic! My face felt noticeably lifted, refreshed, and rejuvenated afterward, with a healthy glow that lasted well beyond the appointment. I will be back! The spa is meticulous, great service all around. I just had my first relaxation massage at the 1432 Wellington location. The experience was great from start to finish. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and nicely decorated. The massage is customized to your wants and needs. I felt very comfortable and relaxed through.
