“Ada was incredibly helpful in identifying the root cause of my lower back pain and providing immediate relief. What I really appreciated was that she didn't just treat the symptoms, instead she took the time to explain what was going on and provided targeted exercises and stretches to help resolve the issue long term. She has a deep understanding of anatomy and how the muscles and surrounding tissues work together, which gave me a lot of confidence in her treatment approach.
