Sabila was very professional, and I experienced significant relief by January, with my sciatica completely resolved. My friend had a horrible experience at your clinic …and after reviewing it’s not unlikely to only receive 1 star. I’m just grateful he told me about his experience so I’ll never book at this place. And as per my review the name Ashley is rather common so even if it was my review…. It’s highly Unlikely that you don’t have an Ashley that attended your place. I started seeing Ryan for physiotherapy a few months ago and I am so happy I did! I reached out because I needed guidance and support to prepare my hip for, and recover from, a surgery to repair my labrum. Ryan is very kind and is great at explaining what is going on with your muscles and how each exercise prescribed can help. What I really appreciate is that he is intentional with how many exercises he does suggest to make it more practical and avoid redundancies. I don’t really do online reviews often, but I feel compelled to recognize Kris (Seungwon) Seo at River East Physiotherapy as he is truly an EXCEPTIONAL physiotherapist practitioner. He took the time to listen and thoroughly understand my injury and thoughtfully tailored each treatment to support my concussion recovery. He is not only highly knowledgeable and diverse in his treatments, but also so genuinely kind and supportive. Kris is professional and always made me feel comfortable and heard. Thanks to his skilled support, I’ve made remarkable progress on the path to healing. I don’t know how I could’ve come this far without him. I was so happy with my experience at my initial assessment appointment! The clinic itself is nicely maintained and clean, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. My physiotherapist, Karim, was great in every way and I'd highly recommend him to anyone! He's very gentle, soft-spoken, and easy to talk to, but also confident in his knowledge and abilities. He seemed very smart, highly qualified, and experienced. Even after just one treatment I felt an improvement in my knee pain, and I'm looking forward to fully resolving the issue thanks to Karim's treatment plan!
