“Had my First Chiropractic Appointment with Allison. I’ll be honest I was a little concerned as my previous experience with chiropractic adjustment in Fort Mac was horrible!! After meeting with Allison and talking about my experience I was immediately put at ease. She was concerned and disappointed that my last treatment was scary and painful. She explained that she uses a variety of treatment options and techniques and would create a personal plan for me based on a careful physical exam. She also reassured me that she would reduce intensity or adjust position etc if I found anything too intense. With this reassurance I excitedly found myself in Allison’s treatment room. My session was a definite eye opener. Allison targeted my problem areas used a few very different techniques and I left with a smile on my face, better Range of motion in my neck and an amazing reduction in my pain level. I can’t wait till next week for my next appointment!!! If you have ever considered chiro I would highly recommend Russell Chiropractic. From the minute you enter and are greeted by the wonderful Christina till you are in the treatment room with Allison and her Furry four legged assistant you will be treated with respect and compassion in a warm and peaceful environment.
