“I saw Dr Lauren for chiropractic adjustments leading up to my birth and I was able to deliver naturally with minimal tearing, and I believe the adjustments helped immensely in preparing my body. Highly recommend.”

“5 stars to Dr.Alena at Russo Chiropractic. She’s patient enough to listen all your pains and advises the best treatment to get recovered ASAP. I had been there when my right hand was in pain for almost 2 weeks. She analyzed the situation and did a great adjustment which released the pain and relaxed my joint muscles. I was back to normal on the next day. She was sweet enough to send me an email that included the treatment she did, a few stretching exercises with videos to follow. “Dr. Alena is the best chiropractor I’ve been to! She is so friendly and really puts you at ease during the treatments. She listens to what is bringing you in and explains things in simple, easy terms to understand. She provides amazing care using different techniques to help relieve your pain! I’ve been going to her for migraines and neck tension and after one treatment I found I had better range of motion in my neck and didn’t have any migraines for weeks!
