Welcome to Seaport Family Wellness! We look forward to working with you. Please read this banner as it answers some common booking questions.

NEW PATIENTS When booking osteopathy and physiotherapy online, please book an Initial appointment and 2 subsequent visits at 1-2 week intervals following your initial appointment. This guarantees your space in our busy schedules as some of our practitioners are booking well ahead. You and your practitioner may decide to move/cancel these appointments based on your treatment plan and the results of your initial assessment.

If you would like to get in sooner, please add yourself to the cancellation list as we regularly have cancellations and reschedules.

CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel or move your appointment, 48 hours notice is required. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a full appointment fee. Illness or other emergencies may be exempt at the discretion of the practitioner. Remember, a missed appointment not only affects your practitioner’s day but is also a missed opportunity for a wait-list patient.

If you have cold and flu symptoms and are likely contagious, please cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible.

Please respect our scent free policy. Some of our staff and many of our patients are scent sensitive. Avoid scented creams, hair and body products and please avoid heavily scented laundry detergent.

GIFT CARDS are only redeemable for massage services provided by Gloria Tran RMT.
