À propos de Hillary
Dans ses motsHillary is a graduate of the Canadian College of Osteopathy (College d'Etudes Osteopathique) and the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Her graduating thesis was titled The Effects of Osteopathic Treatment on Quality of Life in Palliative Care Patients.
Hillary's treatment approach draws from her osteopathy training as well as her background in massage therapy and decades of yoga studies and teaching. She takes an osteopathic approach viewing the individual as an interconnected unit. She has a deep belief in the body's innate wellness and healing potential, and focuses her work on encouraging and supporting this process. With gentle, listening hands, she approaches each patient as an individual with unique needs, always maintaining awareness on both physical and emotional wellbeing. Hillary has worked for years as a birth doula and is a mother of three children herself. She loves treating all ages and all stages of life: pregnancy, babies, children, adults, and the elderly.
When not in the clinic, Hillary loves hanging out with her partner and three children, enjoying all the amazing food grown in the valley, trying her own hand at gardening, playing and listening to music, and dancing!
