“I had a wonderful experience at the salt cave the first two times. The last time when we booked beforehand the lovely secretary Dee told us that the price for the salt cave was 30 dollars. However, this time, I had asked the secretary what the price was for the salt cave. She was also nice and told us it was 25 dollars in the middle of our session since it was summer season. Then the nutritionist told us at the end of our session that the price was actually 50 dollars for two people but never acknowledged the 25 dollars the secretary told us today. She told us she makes no money if she charges us 30 dollars for two people. While she reluctantly honoured the 30 dollars, which was supposed to be 25 dollars, she did not apologize at all and tried to blame it on other people instead. “I’ve been seeing Alicia regularly for several years now, and she’s absolutely amazing! I go to her for lash tints, Brazilian IPL, and mole removal using IPL, and every session is consistently professional and comfortable. She’s super knowledgeable, always explains the process, and makes sure I’m at ease throughout. My lashes always look perfect, and I’ve seen such great results with the IPL treatments. “I recently took my daughter to the Salt Cave at Springview Wellness, as she was dealing with a congested cold and I had read about the amazing benefits of salt therapy. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and received a thorough overview of what to expect. The experience was incredibly relaxing and calming. I do recommend dressing warmly and cozily, as it can get a bit chilly. We both felt rejuvenated afterward, and we’ll definitely be returning for another session. “I received a facial from Alicia about a month ago. I've had facials before but this was the first time I've ever seen results. My skin felt so good afterwards. Alicia is very knowledgeable about skin types and treatments. I had an IPL face treatment today and again Alicia asked me questions about my skin before she started the treatment so as not to harm my skin. It was very successful.
