“I had a lovely treatment with Steph yesterday! She was thoughtful and intentional with her approach to the body. “Not often do you find a therapist who is wanting and willing to ask questions and dive into causes and connections. Stephanie has taken more time then the average therapist, to ask questions, assess, and divise a plan for maintaining comfort. I have terrible pain in my feet that has been ongoing for over 5 years. For the first time, I feel like I am on a path to walking normal, with less pain and more comfort. She has a brilliant understanding of how the body functions, with a background in personal training as well.
