Shae did an outstanding job helping me with my neck and shoulder pain. Before seeing her, I was in pain every day, and now I have minimal pain. I had an appointment with Luiza from Stride Physiotherapy today and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and so kind. I felt very comfortable with her. I walked away feeling so much better and look forward to our next appointment.

I did pelvic floor therepy while pregnant with Devan and it helped so much with my pelvic pain. She did an amazing job amd was extremely professional. If I need any physiotherapy in the future, it will be at Stride

I love coming to Stride! The front desk team is amazing, especially Elyse, she’s always going above and beyond. The physio team is wonderful and so understanding of different health complexities, especially Erika and Darby! The best place to go for physio or massages. Very friendly staff, and they made such an amazing friendly atmosphere, it’s always a pleasure to come there. Michael Kirby was helping me to recover after car accident and I’m very happy to choose him! Very professional and a person who is interested in what he does, very knowledgeable. I can't be grateful enough for “being fixed”. Now it’s a physio therapist to go in my list, for life. At this stage, nothing bothers me, although before I came there I couldn’t do sports or even everyday things. Thank you so much for amazing service and great knowledgeable staff. And I should mention the excellent appointment reminder system. Saves lots of anxiety about “when is my appointment”.
