We have 3 locations across the GTA so be sure to check which location you are booking for! If you have an urgent issue or are unable to find a time that suits your needs, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to your desired location at 289-297-7928 x1 - Port Credit, x2 - Burlington, or x3 - Junction and we will do our best to find you at spot!

Virtual Nutrition and Naturopathic services are available for booking through our Junction location. Be sure to select “Book an Appointment at SWAT Health Junction” when booking these services.

Please be advised, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not receive proper notice or an appointment is missed entirely, you will be subject to our cancellation fee and will be charged 50% of their appointment fee. This must be processed prior to the booking of your next appointment. You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours in advance!

We ask that if you are not feeling well or are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms, that you kindly contact us to reschedule your upcoming appointment.

“I am beyond impressed and happy to be pain free thanks to Dr. Dave Giannone, Chiropractor and Co-Founder of SWAT that worked on the tear of my ACL on my right knee. He was amazing. Always very knowledgeable and professional with a great sense of humour. Natalie Page was a very motivating, persistent dedicated trainer that worked with me at the same time. Dr. Katie Sheridan was my Physiotherapist that helped me on Zoom during Covid with my cracked radial head. Professional and always dedicated. The facility and equipment were awesome.
