Thank you for choosing Symmetry Physiotherapy + Rehabilitation and trusting us with your care. We offer physiotherapy and massage therapy services and we look forward to working with you to achieve your recovery goals.
If you are a returning patient but it has been over a year since your last visit, or you have a new injury/issue, please book a new initial assessment. A lot can change in your body over the course of a year and our practitioners will need the extra time to reassess your condition and treat you.

“Joanna has been working with me for a while now on my ankle and SI joint, and I’ve had such a great experience. She's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on and tailor the treatment to what I need. On top of that, she has a fantastic personality—super friendly, easy to talk to, and always makes me feel comfortable during our sessions. “I saw Joanna today for the first time,she was so welcoming and friendly.What can I say,I was so pleased with the assessment and the treament.She is so knowledgeable,and know what she is doing. when I went home,my legs were definitely less stiff,I can go up and down the stairs without any struggle . That was only with one visit,can't wait to see her next week,so happy that I have more movement in my feet. “This review is long overdue as I finally got around to it. I’ve been to Symmetry from May to Aug 2023 and was under the care of PT Beth to rehabilitate my right ankle (leg overall). The clinic is spacious and clean, with many private rooms to get treated in. Beth is overall fantastic at her job and I would still be going to her had I not moved out of the area. She goes above and beyond my expectations with her knowledge and experience applying many techniques from manual therapy, acupuncture, and electrotherapy. “The physiotherapists, Joanna and Ryan, and massage therapist, Joyce, are truly remarkable at what they do. Unlike some places that rely solely on machines, their approach is refreshingly hands-on. They take the time to understand your specific needs and tailor their treatments accordingly. What impresses me the most is their commitment to educating their patients. They go beyond the session itself and take the time to explain the root causes of your condition or injury. They provide guidance on exercises and self-care techniques that can be incorporated into your daily routine, empowering you to continue the healing process even outside the clinic. The entire team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and committed to patient care. This includes their office admin Isabel —her exceptional communication skills and attention to detail just add to the overall experience.
