“**2026-04-23 – Review for Megan, Physiotherapist at The Joint** Megan made my first visit to The Joint truly special. She took the time to carefully read the information I brought about my surgery and MRI results, and thoughtfully incorporated that into her approach, along with the exercises prescribed by my physician. She was kind, supportive, and genuinely attentive—acknowledging what I had been through and encouraging me by recognizing the progress I had already made in regaining mobility in my left arm after a serious triceps tear and emergency surgery. Megan is friendly, warm, and soft-spoken. I never felt rushed during our session; instead, I felt consistently reassured and cared for. She understood my desire to rebalance my whole body after the accident and suggested beginning physiotherapy in a pool to reduce the impact of gravity—an idea that immediately made me feel more confident and at ease. Most of all, Megan truly listened. She heard what I said, responded thoughtfully, and communicated with clarity and confidence.
