I have been seeing Jamari and Dr. Monica Walsh and they have been absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. Jamari is the best registered massage therapist i have been to so far. He is kind, attentive, respectful, and good at his job. Dr. Monica Walsh is also amazing at her job. From the first meeting it was like we already knew eachother and we're friends. She held a very welcoming environment that felt safe and filled with encouragement for healing! This place has such a good and fun environment. It is loud sometimes from the classes they have even in a massage. So if that's not your thing it may not be for you. I just had my second visit (follow up) with Dr. Kayla Ruschkowski after initially booking an appointment for help with managing my symptoms of perimenopause. I have noticed a big change in my symptoms since starting the treatment plan she recommended and now we are looking at adding a session with a trainer to tackle the physical side of it. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and I made sure to note it was a maternity massage. I waited until 2 minutes after my session was supposed to start for my massage therapist to show up. He then couldn't find the proper pillows, and went off looking which put the massage a further 10+ minutes behind. I had called in before hand to make sure that they had the proper equipment, and was assured they did. I was surprised that the room wasn't already prepared, but then I was told that there wasn't a pillow available, and I'd have to do a different style massage. Someone finally found the pillows, so everything had to be readjusted again right before finally starting. At the end, I got up and dressed, and checked the time when I was back in my vehicle, and was sad to see that I still had 1 minute left on my paid time (keep in mind, it would've taken me about 5 minutes to get all the way down the stairs round the parking lot to my vehicle). So from my paid hour of massage, I may have recieved 30 minutes of actual time. It is also very unfortunate that they are attached to a gym, with no sound proofing for their massage rooms, so during my "relaxing massage" there was very loud techno pump up music playing the whole time, along with the fitness trainers shouting at everyone.Lire la suiteRéduire

Saw Brynn the physiotherapist for pelvic floor assessment and treatment. She was friendly, professional and excellent at making you feel at ease. She explained everything thoroughly and I left there feeling heard and hopeful. The building is a shared space with a huge gym which was cool and I can see how useful it would be for other physiotherapy needs.Lire la suiteRéduire
