Dr. Kayla Ruschkowski is originally from Regina, Saskatchewan. After attaining a bachelor's degree from the University of Saskatchewan, she went on to receive her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She was inspired to pursue naturopathic medicine as a result of her volunteer work at a preventative health clinic. In her practice, she combines her passions for preventative care, botanical medicine, nutrition, and evidence-based medicine.
Dr. Ruschkowski is passionate about health and wellness and helping her patients thrive at all stages of their life. In addition to helping people establish the foundations of healthy living with nutrition and stress management, she primarily utilizes botanical medicine, which offers a safe, gentle and effective treatment for a variety of health concerns.
