A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee (full appointment fee). Exceptions include serious illness or emergencies. Illness-related cancellations must be communicated by 7am that morning to waive the fee.

Welcome to the Steveston Health Collective! Fall Schedules are now open- Rose is accepting new patients: for Acupuncture & Facial Acupuncture NEW TEACHING CLINIC – Our clinic is committed to ongoing learning and excellence in care. This year, Erin will be facilitating a mentorship program on some Wednesdays + Saturdays. The purpose is to support clinical growth and ensure high-quality, evidence-informed care. On these training days, a student may be present during your appointment. Students shadowing Erin may observe, participate in case discussion, or assist with pulse taking. Your comfort and privacy remain a priority. You may decline or withdraw consent to mentorship involvement at any time without affecting your care. Please contact Lisa with any questions or concerns. *Students will not perform any part of a treatment. LOCATION: 3251 Chatham St & 5th Ave, Steveston, BC. New parking is available across the street on Chatham. Please respect our neighbours — there is NO parking in the alley or back. New fines will be implemented.
