“I have had several visits to The Treatment Room. Both Kelly and Denise took the time to discuss my concerns and answered all of my questions. They are both very passionate about helping individuals look their absolute best. I have had amazing results with both filler and Botox as well as laser treatments. They have balanced my facial features and I have gotten so many compliments. They took their time to explain all procedures, how they would look at first and after a couple of weeks after the procedure has had time to take effect. I was scheduled for follow-up appointments before I left and assured if I had any concerns to reschedule out immediately. This treatment facility is very professional and experienced. I love their skin care line as well. Anytime I’ve had a question I’ve received a very prompt response. I would highly recommend The Treatment Room and both Kelly and Denise.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“February visit. Worst filler experience for the most money! When I arrived I told Kelly what my concerns were and showed her. She did FaceTime with a colleague who also looked at the area on the left side of my face that needed filler. The right side did not have the same concerns (wrinkles). We all agreed on Juvederm. I mentioned to both of them that I wanted it on the left side only. As the right side was fine. The colleague said “oh no, you need to have it on both sides to balance the face.” Unfortunately I went along with her even though I did not agree. But had hopes that it would give the results I had hoped for. It did not. Almost no improvement. If they had listened to me I feel the results would have been better. I went back 3 weeks later to discuss it with Denise. She told me there must have been a misunderstanding between Kelly and I and that part of the face was very difficult to fix with filler. There was no misunderstanding. I was VERY clear! If Kelly had told me that, rather than just do the filler I would not have been out $1500! 100% dissatisfied!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“This review is lengthy so hold tight. By age 13, I had a few hairs already developing on my chin. By age 30 I had developed an obsession with plucking my chin to the point where family members would have to hide tweezers from me. By 32, plucking wasn't cutting it and I had to start shaving both my chin and upper lip. It's something I've always been ashamed of. About a year and a half ago I decided to try laser and went to a place in Moncton. I did 12 sessions with little results and the cost was building up. I had to stop due to price, time and frustration. 3 months ago I decided to search out a new place to have laser and stumbled upon The treatment room which was so much closer to me. I've now had two sessions and about to head to my third. I always feel so welcome when I walk in the door and immediately feel at ease. Not only is everyone super friendly but after TWO treatments I went from shaving 1-2 times A DAY to shaving every 4 Days!!! My hair is almost fully gone!! “- I was so pleased with the filler placed to my chin and cheeks. It really balanced out my profile to create a natural, youthful lift. I love the results of the neurotoxin treatment to my frown lines! It really has softened the lines between my brows to give me a more soft and relaxed appearance.
