“I can’t thank the amazing staff at The Vision Development Centre enough, especially Doctor Hannaford & Vision Therapist Nicole Little for helping Ryan so much over these last few months, today he graduated from the Vision Therapy Program. Back in January we found out Ryan had some issues going on with his eyes that was affecting his daily life and making him struggle in school. We were referred to the Vision Development Centre and started Vision Therapy right away and what a difference in these last few months. Vision Therapy is one of the best decisions we have ever made. Ryan has so much confidence now. Thank you all so much! “I figured it was time to leave a review! I've been seen by Dr. Hannaford for my own eyes and been very happy with the overall experience and the staff. But, it is especially the experience with my son that has made The Vision Development Centre a special place for me. I didn't expect that my son would actually have to get glasses and frankly have been emotional about it, but the team at the VDC have been so lovely, kind, welcoming, and friendly that it has made it so much easier - for both my 3.5 yr old son and I. Everything was an absolute breeze because they are just so good at what they do. So grateful to @theopticalatthevdc for the amazing experience of getting his eyes checked for the first time and getting him outfitted in his first pair of glasses. I noticed my son was holding things too close to his face and decided it was time to get him checked. “We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Vision Development Centre. The whole team is very welcoming and supportive. They truly care for the patients and make every effort to see patients for emergencies - which was our case. We primarily saw Dr Hannaford- the care she provided to my daughter, when she was having so much pain in her eye and unable to open it, was amazing. She was so thorough each visit, helped us during a very difficult week, and most importantly - my daughter has no pain in her eye and is fully back to her normal self. She was so friendly and patient with my 4 year old daughter. She listened to my concerns and I finally felt heard. We would recommend her to everyone ( and all of the staff at the clinic).
