Reiki Healing Relax, rejuvenate, rebalance, reconnect. Release what no longer serves you. Within each of us is a beautiful natural energy that is meant to flow freely throughout the body and keep us feeling vibrant and healthy. Think of it like a stream or river. When water flows freely, it is light and bubbly, and life blooms within it. However, if it gets blocked, the water begins to stagnate and it looses much of the life within it. The intention of a Reiki Healing session is to re-establish balance in the flow of energy. As well as hands-on healing, the session may include elements of crystal and shamanic techniques.
