DIRECT BILLING : We are happy to provide direct billing to most insurance plans. PLEASE NOTE - if your extended health provider is NOT listed on our intake form, we provide you with a receipt with all of the necessary information for you to submit to your provider directly. Patients typically receive reimbursement within 1-2 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY : We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to avoid a cancellation fee. As a reminder, if you feel unwell the day of your appointment, please call us or email us by 8AM to reschedule your appointment, or we can make the change to deliver your appointment virtually.
