I had a great experience at Vitality Integrative Health. I saw Andy Cheng for treatment related to my ICBC injury, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my pain and recovery goals. The treatments were effective, and I started noticing improvement in my lower back pain and mobility after just a few sessions. He made me feel comfortable throughout every appointment and explained everything clearly. I’ve been to a lot of massage places, but this one really stands out. Mandy and Andy are both super knowledgeable and genuinely caring. They know exactly how to relieve tension in your body. I had shoulder tension for weeks and tried massages and fire cupping, but Andy fixed it in just one session. Mandy also really helped with my lower back. I like to make a review as this company has demonstrated a LACK of HONESTY and TRANSPARENCY in what they are doing. Eg online the cancellation policy is Exact words as of March 20th 12pm on their website: "Please note our clinic has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Patients who provide less then 24-hour notice or miss their appointment will be subjected to a cancellation fee" So I did make a few online cancellations of my bookings as they had to be booked 2 month in advance to get the massage therapist was fully booked till 2 mth later. So inevitably there are cancellations nearer the dates for a mum of juggling work and 3 kids. Note: my cancellations were ALL made more then 24 hr notice. Without notice/ warning, they have penalised me on my ability to access any Vitality online bookings. I did not do anything illegal or broken and policy they indicated regarding cancellations. My cancellations were all within the policy requirements. The receptionist Linda called me regarding my cancellations. She also gave me the alternative of seeking other massage therapist in the company. However I later realised it was unreasonable alternative as they had altered my online access/booking options without my knowledge. Now I can only call to book and not even be able to see who these therapist are and their schedule if they matches mine. So imagine that can be challenging if you have to pick and book them 1-2 mth ahead. So this is the encounter I had received from the company. A call from Linda the receptionist questioning my cancellations of a few massage appointments with Ami.I was taken aback as these appointments were cancelled within the 24 hr or mostly well in advance as indicated on the website. She stated that they will cancel the rest of my booking if I don't show up for my next appointment. I explained these appointments had to be booked 2 mth ahead due as Ami is all fully booked before that. So it would be unrealistic expectation to expect no cancellation. In view of receptionist conveying Ami frustrations on the few cancellations I had made, Linda suggested I review the existing appointments which then I felt compelled to reduce my books so I cancelled a few more. She suggested also I can book other massage therapist instead of Ami as Ami was not too pleased with my cancellations. So I did attempt to look online for other massage therapist. Only to discover I could no longer access the online availability of any of the therapist in Vitality. I called Linda and she reported that it was the instruction of the owner that I am BLOCKED from any online book and ability to look at any therapist schedule and availability. I am SHOCKED at the lack of HONESTY and TRANSPARENCY of this company. And I do feel threatened by the fact that if I cancel one, they will cancel all the rest of my appointments. Linda did question me after I reduce my appointments if I am really sure that I am able to attend my next visit. She complained there are people on the waitlist. And I understand I have to put myself on a massage waitlist alot as you can not get a female massage therapist within a week or 2. You really need to book them inadvance or put yourself on waitlist. And when you are on waitlist everyone get notified. I feel uncomfortable being restricted personally when there is no online policy stating I cannot cancel my booking or a limit of 5 cancellations or the rest of the booking will be void in the future. Nor was there any clear information that access to online booking will be restricted or manipulated without being informed. I also feel uncomfortable that my account with Vitality is manipulated without my knowledge which also the question my personal informations on it. They did question if I have any insurance policy to put with them. I also feel unfairly penalised for something they do not state clearly on their online policy however undermind things by calling and blocking those that do cancel. Please be clear on your online cancellation policy and stand by it. Otherwise please state no more then 5 cancellations etc online.

had a wonderful experience at Vitality Integrative Health …From the moment I walked in, the receptionist KATE made me feel welcome and relaxed. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful with answering my questions and explaining the treatments. Her calm and kind demeanor really set the tone for the rest of my visit. It's rare to find someone who makes such a great first impression-thank you for the excellent service!
