I had physiotherapy sessions with Matthew Coman to treat my lower back pain. Matt was excellent! The sessions were very helpful. I was given exercise to do at home, and the videos provided for these were very easy to follow. All the supporting staff from the rehabilitation team to the front desk were friendly and professional. Helen is the BEST!!!!!!! I saw Helen for pelvic floor physio and she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, and made the visits very comfortable without judgment. I would highly recommend Helen. I saw her at the Orleans location. I was given my homework to do consistently from home, which after only 2 sessions I felt I am so much better now.Read moreShow less

I have been seeing Vitality Riverside South for many years as a regular and would give a 10/10 if I could! Milaine RMT and Mark Physiotherapist are exceptionally professional, down-to-earth and EXTREMELY competent in their fields. Their keen expertise coupled with comprehensive treatment plans have gotten me back on my feet and back to active life. Their marked ability to listen to the client, perform highly skilled treatments coupled with exceptionally professional and kind service is what makes the experience more than worth it. The front desk ladies are super sweet, efficient and easy to deal with too - thank you Ella, Averi and the other ladies! They do direct billing to insurance which is super helpful too. I plan on making Vitality my forever home for any musculoskeletal needs. They are so worth it! Try them out! You will be glad to have made the step and placed trust in such an engaging and patient-oriented establishment with superior results. I can’t say enough good things about Mark Gerguis, who is a Physiotherapist on site. From the very beginning, he brought a level of knowledge and professionalism that immediately puts you at ease. He took the time to really understand what the patient is going through and developed a clear, thoughtful treatment plan. What stood out most, though, was his empathy and genuine care. He listened, he encouraged, and he showed real kindness throughout the entire process. He was fully invested in helping you get better. I cannot say enough good things about Ahmad and Elle, throughout my back injury, surgery and recovery, they went above and beyond to support me, both professionally and personally. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made an incredibly difficult time so much easier to get through.
