“I go to Physio to see Haylie and she is amazing, though I think I spend more time talking to the lovely lady, Trudy, who works at the front desk.
A receptionist is much more than someone who works behind a desk and answers the phone. She's the one who welcomes you in, builds a relationship with, and decides what the atmosphere will be for the day.
So Haylie, although I enjoy coming in and seeing you for the half hour, Trudy is the reason I come in early. Look forward to my next visit. :)”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I have seen Haylie off and on for multiple concerns, but prior to seeing her- for almost a decade I struggled with foot issues that limited my mobility significantly. After working with Haylie, I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and I have been able to become active again.

“Hailey, using an innovative approach in physiotherapy, was able to identify the root cause of many of my complex physical issues. She helped me to heal and alleviate both the chronic snd acute pain I have suffered from for a very long time.
I felt respected and listened to and it was clear from the beginning that she was invested in finding solutions to the problem at hand. She is an excellent problem solver who provided me with the tools to take home and support the work being done in office.
I limped into the office more than a little discouraged, but after working with Hailey for a period of time I walked out virtually pain free. Nothing more to say except, thank you Hailey.

“I was running a bit behind for my first appointment at the Warman location. I frantically called to let someone know. Jordan answered the phone identifying herself. I told her I was on my way but would be late due to traffic and construction. She instantly made me feel better when she thanked me for calling in to let her know.
The appointment with Haylie was amazing. She started by informing me about what was going to take place in my daughters appointment and took the time to explain everything that she was doing and what she found from her assessment.
