CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, except in cases of illness, true emergency, or inclement weather. Cancellations must be made through your Jane profile to ensure sufficient notice and avoid charges. Phone messages or emails left on weekends, holidays, or outside business hours may not be received in time and may result in a full charge.

A credit card on file is required for online booking and will not be charged at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee . While we will make every effort to fill the appointment and avoid a charge, this is not always possible.

DIRECT BILLING to select extended medical insurers, RCMP , and VAC is available though our practitioners don’t all bill to the same insurers If you require us to direct bill on your behalf, visit our direct billing page and refer to the practitioners bios to see which insurers each will bill to.
