Dans ses motsAastha is a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Ergonomic Assessor who earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015. She is one of our Senior Associate therapists and brings extensive advanced training in acupuncture, concussion management, and manual therapy. She is also a certified provider of our Runner’s Program.
Aastha has worked across diverse clinical settings, including hospital-based physiotherapy, outpatient orthopedics, surgical units, general medicine, and oncology. This broad experience allows her to approach treatment with a comprehensive and well-rounded perspective. She has supported individuals with complex musculoskeletal conditions, concussions, athletic injuries, and those recovering from fractures and surgeries.
Her practice is grounded in a patient-centered, biopsychosocial approach. She collaborates closely with each patient to deliver individualized, goal-oriented care. Treatment plans may include education, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, exercise prescription, acupuncture, and lifestyle modification. A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Aastha continually integrates current evidence-based research with a holistic philosophy to evolve her clinical practice. She is passionate about her work and takes pride in building meaningful therapeutic relationships as patients move through their recovery journeys.
