Welcome to our Online Booking Site
The healthcare team at Athlete’s Care provide quality, patient-centered treatments. We require an Initial Assessment if this is your first time booking with us, if you would like to get a a new injury assessed and treated, or if you have not had an appointment within the past 6+ months.
What to bring to your appointment:
Bring shorts if the issue is your knees, back or legs.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing as specific areas of the body are subject for evaluation and treatment.
Bring your referral or doctor’s note, if you have one.
If you plan on having insurance cover your treatments, bring your insurance information and we can look into whether direct billing for Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy or Chiropractic care is an option with your insurance provider.
Bring a valid OHIP card for appointments with a Sports Medicine Physician, Physiatrist or Orthopaedic Surgeon

“Clement is my favourite physiotherapist, the very best combine scientific expertise with observation, communication, and genuine care. I recently have been seriously injured of my left feet, worried about loosing functionality. He has a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics for diagnosis, and his hand skills helped me for a magically speedy rehabilitation. When I left an appointment with him, I always feel not only treated, but also educated and empowered to take an active role in my own recovery. “A few months ago, I slipped and fractured my ankle bone. Being in a cast for a long while and not allowed to walk on it, I had movement issues with the foot/ankle (as is normal in the recovery process). I am so thankful for Clement Lau (senior physiotherapist) who has helped me to regain my range of motion and learned to walk on the healed foot again. Clement is very kind, super friendly and patient. I usually have a lot of questions and he always clarifies things so that I understand what is going on at different stages of healing. Since Clement is a senior level physiotherapist, his rate is a bit higher. Trust me — he is worth it. When he loosened the ankle’s soft tissue and muscles during my sessions, there was no wasted movement. Every press/massage motion seemed to pinpoint the exact areas needed to alleviate swelling and tension in the ankle joint and soft tissue. He really knows what he is doing. “I brought my teenage daughter a few months ago as she was complaining of lower back pain. My daughter is very athletic and needed to get to the root of the problem so she can go back to playing her sports. I highly recommend Clement if you are an athlete. He is super knowledgeable, professional and has been working with my daughter to strengthen her posture, back and form. From customized stretches, manual therapy and acupuncture Clement was able to treat her affected muscles and she is back to playing. We are now incorporating weekly sessions to condition and strenghten her body to avoid future injuries. I highly recommend Clement! “Clement treated my shoulder (frozen shoulder). I came in with limited ROM, pain and discomfort. Clement worked out a treatment plan with rehab exercises that really worked well for me and relieved my pain and discomfort. I’m nearly at full ROM and can lift heavier. He’s hands on methodology and comprehensive treatment is really some of the best I have experienced over the years. Definitely highly recommended and very knowledgeable.
