About Aik

Kim practices acupuncture and is expertly trained to improve fertility using Chinese herbal formulas; however, he also treats a wide range of ailments. He is a Member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. Kim holds an Honours Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto. In 2002, he studied at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine for three years before he travelled to China to pursue further training. He completed a 5-year program in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and received his Bachelors of Medicine Degree from the prestigious Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. Kim then had the honour of apprenticing with Dr. Fu Zhen Long, a well renowned TCM physician who specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology with over 50 years of experience. His six year journey in China gives him a special perspective on TCM, and on a personal level, the importance of family. He now lives in Toronto close to his family, and when he is not in practice, he enjoys reading, hiking, and teaching his nephew Chinese. He is open to discussing your health concerns and to inspire hope and healing.
